Is there some good repeatable quest or farm that will help me get points fast? I really want dem spectacles..

I've managed to hit Asura 5 by just completing quests and dungeons (mainly the ones that give Asura points as their main reward) and giving them my primary quest book. So far I haven't gone out grinding the title up, and since the PvE skills are pretty useless for monks I probably won't go grinding.

On the other hand, grinding is probably quicker. Your choice.

asura primaries got me about 13k rep. I'd suggest clearing a zone, since thats how i got my r5 norn with what felt like no grind

if you have done all the quests and dungeons and are still short I would suggest doing Heart of the Shiverpeaks chest runs out of Eye of the North. Its 200 points per 20 minutes and you get a unid gold/diamond/onyx/polymuck piece. So it also makes half way decent money.
